Consulting and implementation for technology, operations and growth

We build and support the infrastructure companies grow on.

We bring a company's technology, internal organisation and commercial activity together into a system that works, then stay involved in implementing, supporting and developing it.

How the pieces connect

By infrastructure we mean a company's digital systems, organisation and commercial tools, not physical or engineering works. We build them so that information flows between them.

  1. Digital infrastructure

Domain and professional email, accounts and access, Microsoft 365, shared documents, hosting, backup, applications and automation.

  2. Operational infrastructure

Processes, responsibilities, controlled documents, approval workflows, reporting and coordination.

  3. Commercial infrastructure

Positioning and presentation, website, CRM, prospecting, client relationships, prequalification and bids.

What the company gains

Accessible information
Documents and data sit in a known place, in the right version, with controlled access.
Clear responsibilities
Processes have owners and approval rules the team knows.
Tracked opportunities
Clients, bids and next steps are visible in one system.
Connected systems
Applications exchange data with each other, and repetitive work is reduced.

We start where your company is

We can start with a single need and extend the collaboration where it is useful.

For companies that are starting, growing or reorganising, including industrial companies with growth targets in the millions of euros.

  • We build from the ground up

Suited to: new companies, or companies setting up their infrastructure now.

We put email, accounts and access, document organisation, working processes, the company's presentation and its first commercial steps in place, in the order in which they depend on one another.

  • We organise and connect what already exists

Suited to: growing companies, companies reorganising, or companies looking for new clients and markets.

We bring information into one place, clarify responsibilities, connect applications to one another and link commercial activity to the rest of the company.

  • We support operation and growth

Suited to: companies that want continuity after implementation.

We support the systems we have implemented, coordinate their further development and can temporarily take on operational or commercial coordination, within agreed limits.

Examples of engagements

Depending on the company's situation, an engagement can bring together several of the elements below.

The working infrastructure of a company that is starting or growing

Situation: The company has clients and activity, but email, documents, access and its presentation are improvised.

We configure the core systems and organise information in the order they depend on each other. The company then works on its own systems, with controlled access and clients followed up in one place.

What the engagement can include: The working infrastructure of a company that is starting or growing
  • Configuration: domain, professional email, Microsoft 365 accounts and roles
  • Organisation: shared document structure and access rules
  • Implementation: website, corporate presentation and a CRM for opportunities
  • Coordination: sequencing of the work and the technical suppliers involved
  • Agreed support after launch for the configured systems

Getting ready for larger clients and complex contracts

Situation: A major client asks for prequalification, policies and detailed bids, and the documentation only partly exists.

We organise the company's documentation and coordinate the prequalification submission and the bid. Later requests start from an existing document set rather than from scratch.

What the engagement can include: Getting ready for larger clients and complex contracts
  • Organisation: the client's requirements and existing documents
  • Implementation: policies, procedures and registers with approval rules
  • Coordination: the prequalification submission, based on information provided by the company
  • Coordination: the bid, from requirements to final review
  • Company presentation and the materials buyers ask for

From scattered information to a manageable system

Situation: Documents exist in different versions across computers, email and USB drives, and the official version is unclear.

We organise the archive, establish the official versions and prepare shared libraries. The team finds the right document quickly and sends clients only the approved version.

What the engagement can include: From scattered information to a manageable system
  • Organisation: inventory, classification and relocation of documents
  • Configuration: shared libraries in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, with access levels
  • Implementation: versioning rules and approval flows
  • Preparing the documents sent to clients
  • Agreed support to keep the structure in place

Rebuilding and developing a digital platform

Situation: An existing platform no longer supports growth, security requirements or new features.

We rebuild the platform and migrate existing data with reconciliation. The company can then develop new features on a stable foundation, with releases checked before they go live.

What the engagement can include: Rebuilding and developing a digital platform
  • Implementation: web application, database and user access
  • Migration: existing data, checked after transfer
  • Configuration: secure hosting, email and backups
  • Implementation: a release process with automated checks
  • Agreed support after launch and development of new features

How we start

A short conversation, then a written scope. UDG Group coordinates the engagement, with responsibilities and a point of contact agreed from the start.

  1. Initial conversation

We understand your situation, deadline and what already exists. We tell you plainly whether and how we can help.

  2. Assessment

We review documents, requirements or the market and you receive a written report: what is missing, what to prioritise and what implementation involves.

  3. Fixed-scope project

We deliver a clear output, for example a prequalification submission, a bid or a set of procedures, with responsibilities agreed from the start.

  4. Ongoing engagement

Where it makes sense, we continue monthly: commercial development, bids, operational coordination or support for the systems we implemented, under agreed terms.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of company is UDG Group?

UDG Group is a Romanian consulting and implementation company. We build, organise and support the digital, operational and commercial infrastructure of companies: from Microsoft 365, documents and automation to company presentation, CRM and bids. We do not stop at recommendations: we implement and put things into operation.

Which companies do you work with?

Companies that are building their infrastructure, growing, reorganising their operations or looking for new clients and markets. We have experience in industrial projects, and we also work with service firms and companies in other fields. What matters is a clear objective and an involved leadership.

Do you work outside Romania?

Yes. We work in Romanian and English and also prepare materials and correspondence in German. We can prepare materials and commercial outreach for clients in Germany, Austria and other EU countries.

How does an engagement start?

With an initial conversation about your situation and deadlines. If a detailed review is needed, we propose an assessment in writing with scope, timing and cost. Work starts only once scope and responsibilities are agreed.

How much do your services cost?

Cost depends on scope, volume, deadline and how ready the existing information is. We do not publish standard prices; we send a written proposal once we understand the need.

Do you guarantee commercial results?

No. We commit to rigorous work, the agreed deliverables and transparency. Commercial results also depend on the market, the offer, the price and the company's own decisions.
